James Trenor was born March 24,1757 in the vicinity of Dublin Ireland. It is believed that James sailed from Ireland in April of 1775 and arrived in Baltimore Maryland the following June. He fought in the Revolutionary War and was discharged in 1782. He settled in the vicinity of what is now Craig County, Virginia. This book transcribes historical records from various sources and catalogs a number of his descendants. First printing in 2001 and an additional printing in 2002.
